Online yoga classes
Get connected, strengthen the body, relax the mind
All classes are taught in the Iyengar yoga tradition, with an emphasis on alignment and structure using props such as blocks, straps and bolsters when needed. These props allow people with limited flexibility and/or experience to get the most out of the various postures.
Patrick will be mainly running online classes Wednesday
morning 6 am and Saturday morning 9 am.

Once you have booked online confirmation email will have the zoom link. The Wed link will work for each Wednesday and the Sat link will work for each Sat class. If you are using the Zoom app you can also use the meeting ID in the email.
Payment is by class card online banking with Patrick

Casual class $20
Most students opt for a class pass
5 Class pass $75 = $15 a class
10 Class pass $140 = $14 a class
For people with some yoga experience. Ideal next step for those that have completed 3-6 months of beginners classes. Talk to your teacher if you are not sure. Students continue to consolidate the basics and are introduced to working with inversions and back-bends.
For more experienced students - attending more than once a week. Familiarity and regular practice of inversions is essential at this level. Students work with more challenging poses.
PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
Private classes are available upon request, to help people with specific issues or for people who want to work on building their practice. Please ring Patrick or speak to your teacher.
